Project 5: Garage converted as part of a larger building project including a rear extension. Down stars of the house was completely renovated with new kitchen and bathroom. Bi-fold doors open up out onto a new patio. This doubled the size of the downstairs which was perfect for this growing family.

 

Project 6: This bungalow had the garage created into a 3rd bedroom.

 

Project 7: Partial garage conversion, converted into a utility room and downstairs shower room.

 

Project 8: 1st builders extended kitchen in the back, now opened up into a large kitchen and dining room.

 

Project 9: Music room including sound proofing. This was achieved with double drywall using quiet rock drywall and Roxul insulation. We were very happy with the end result and so were the owners and the neighbours.

 

Project 10: 1st builders Cambridge completed this family room extension / garage conversion. This had quite complicated steals as we had to remove the supporting walls from the whole side and corner of the house to create open plan living space.
